Highly useful TEM test specimen for both resolution and magnification. In
addition, it is also a great practice specimen for analysts gearing up to do
asbestos analyses by TEM. Lattice spacings of 0.9 nm and 0.45 nm are
materials constants. The test specimen consists of crocidolite asbestos fibers on a holey carbon film,
mounted on a 400 mesh copper grid.
