Polished SRM610 in T100-52 mount
NIST silicate glass SRM 610 is widely used as a certified reference material for various microanalytical techniques, and has been nominally doped with 61 trace elements at the 500 ppm level. However, certified concentration data exist for only a few of these elements. A discussion of this SRM, and the other glasses of this series, can be found in Hinton (1999).
