Follow these simple instructions for placing your orders for SPI Supplies products
We want the ordering experience to be fast and efficient for our busy
customers. Just follow these simple instructions and you have your
order on its way to SPI Supplies in a matter of seconds!
If this is the first time you are ordering from SPI Supplies, please
familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures.
While the internet and the electronic media are great, should you ever wish to talk to a live
person, don't ever hesitate to contact us.
We encourage our customers to use the SPI Shopping Cart, whether to place an
order or just to request a quote. We have worked hard to short circuit the
ordering process for our customers to save them time. We do not in general
issue "quotes" unless specifically asked. We guarantee the website prices
for thirty days so if you want a pricing guarantee for thirty days, just
print out the page(s) from the SPI Supplies website containing the products
you wish to purchase, and with the date/time stamp of your browser, we will
guarantee for thirty more days those prices.
Many e-commerce firms "surprise" their customers with unanticipated
shipping/handling/insurance charges. One of our vows to our customers is
that you will never be surprised with unanticipated shipping charges at SPI
Supplies. Because of our extraordinarily high volume of shipments with the
courier services, we have been able to negotiate very favorable contract
pricing, and
we have been able to develop flat rate programs,
not just to USA customers but to customers in most countries.
Customers of SPI Supplies know before they ever submit their order what
their charges are going to be to the penny.
Note: If you just want to see pricing, and guarantee your
pricing for thirty days, just start filling up the SPI Shopping Cart and
then when you go to "Complete Order", just check off the "Request a Quote"
box. All you have to do is take the final fob amount and add the flat rate
for your destination and that is it! Of course, there are exceptions to
every rule, and in this case the exception is dangerous goods being included.
In that case, shipping/handling/insurance might be higher could vary from zero to some noticeable
amount, but exactly how much higher will depend on the destination country.
