Trademark Usage Policy
Be sure to follow these guidelines when using our registered marks
This policy statement will guide you in the proper use of Structure Probe,
Inc.'s trademarks and logos.
We anticipate that the kinds of situations that could arise the would result
in the automatic authorization of the use of our registered marks,
could include, but not be limited to, the following situations:
a) Distributor or other representative, individual or firm, displaying
our
registered marks in conjunction with the promotion of SPI products or
Structure Probe services,
b) Professional societies using our registered logos to denote corporate
sponsorship or other forms of support of society events and activities,
Usage of the marks
- Both the and
marks must be used as completely
stand-alone trademarks to represent the products or services represented by the
respective mark.
- Each of the marks must always stand-alone without other logos and
trademarks associated with it.
- Only SPI products or Structure Probe services can be used in conjunction
with the two marks.
- When using a Structure Probe, Inc. trademark, use the registered symbol c and the ™ symbol, as indicated in the trademark use at the top of this
page, on either the most prominent (or if none is prominent, then the
first) appearance of a Structure Probe, Inc. mark. For any mark that is not
registered, the ™ symbol should be used in place of the registered
trademark symbol ®. Once marked, it is not normally necessary to mark
subsequent appearances of the trademark in the same piece. Every
appearance
of Structure Probe, Inc.'s logos in stylized form should always appear
with
the appropriate ® or ™ symbol, and may be used only under license with
Structure Probe, Inc. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- In any place where they appear together, the Structure Probe, Inc. marks
and any associated text must be at least as large as the trademark and text of
any other vendor, be it competitor or non-competitor.
- Structure Probe, Inc. and SPI Supplies offer certain products from other
vendors. We have tried to always denote such products with the registered
marks of such vendors. You may not use any of these vendor owned trade
marks without the express permission of such other owners.
