Please include the following information:
Description of samples:In a paragraph or two, tell us something about the nature of the samples (e.g. plastic, metal, ceramic, biological tissue, etc.) and what it is that you would like to learn from doing work on them. Also, tell us what you believe, to the degree that you can, what instrumentation should be used. Information such as glass transition temperatures of plastic materials is important.
Also helpful: Send us some exemplar micrographs or other data that has been obtained previously so that we can take our information in a way that would be compatible with what had been done previously.
The cost to do the first sample is the highest, so be sure to tell us approximately how many samples you envision sending, so our pricing can reflect the benefit of the economies from doing a number of samples at the same time.
Time table for doing the work:
Give us some idea as to the time frame we would have to do the work. Normal turnaround time is approximately 7-10 days, but that can vary up or down depending on the nature of the samples and our present work load. For the first set of samples, twice the turnaround time could be needed to make sure that nothing is being missed. Faster than normal turnaround times are always possible with the payment of a reasonable surcharge and our payment to our employees overtime wages.
Method of payment:
Credit extended to all approved credit accounts, both within and outside of the USA. For non-approved credit accounts, payment can be made as follows:
- Advanced payment by way of a bank draft, drawn in US dollars on a US bank, or
- Sight Letter of Credit, in US dollars, confirmed at a bank in the US, or
- Credit card (VISA/MC/AMEX/Diners).
