Hours of Operation:
Our normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern time, USA, Monday
through Friday. Frequently someone is available for telephone inquiries
between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Eastern time and on Saturday between 10:00 am
and 2:00 pm. Normally shipments via United Parcel Service must be ready for
a scheduled 3:00 pm pickup and shipments via Federal Express must be ready
for a scheduled pickup at 4:00 pm. Evening shipments via Federal Express may
be available later in the evening. In order for an order to receive "same day"
shipment, it must normally be in our hands by 11:00 am Eastern time.
If your order is not in our hands by that time and you request same day shipment,
we will try to meet your needs; An extra charge may be involved.
Should you have the need for this extra fast turnaround time service, be
sure to specify shipping via "SPI Express" and that will tip us off that you
have authorized this level of shipping service.
