Confirming Purchase Orders
Confirmation of purchase orders is not required. We believe it is an
unnecessary use of paper and an unnecessary cost on the part of our
customers for either the mailing or FAXing of such a document. However,
if it really is your institutional/organizational policy to "confirm",
then please indicate "CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDER - DO NOT DUPLICATE" in
large bold letters.
We would also be happy to cooperate with you in the development of any kind
of blanket purchase programs you might have to make the purchasing of SPI
products an even smoother and more efficient process in the future. Just
tell us what you would like us to do to become a "preferred vendor" and we
will be prepared to cooperate with you in every possible way.
