Victawet 35B is a non-foaming anionic wetting agent used in neutral or alkaline systems where superior wetting end low foaming characteristics are desired. It is used as a dye leveling agent, lubricant, surfactant, and as an anti-wear agent in aqueous fluid systems.

  • Formula:Na2(RO)2P2O6; R is a medium-chain aliphatic group
  • Color:Light tan to white paste

  • 5% water solution:Turbid

  • Solubility:Soluble in distilled water, red oil and ethylene glycol.
  • Disperses in hard water:5% NaOH, toluene, corn oil, cottonseed oil and alcohol
  • Insoluble in:5% H2SO4, 5% Na2SO4, mineral oil, mineral spirits, kerosene, CCl4, ethyl acetate, ethyl ether and aniline
