Hence, the decision on the part of the management of SPI Supplies to offer customers "flat rate" charges for shipping, handling, and insurance (SHI). Note that this program covers only the regular products sold by SPI Supplies and under no circumstances will we make such shipments for others.
Because of the wide diversity of types of orders, some containing dangerous goods and others not, some going to domestic USA destinations and others to foreign destinations, we knew from the beginning that this would never be a simple formula. There could never be a one-size-fits-all approach.
