These unique tweezers are fabricated with high technology zirconia ceramic serrated tips, precision formed and made in order both do light cutting and also, to pick up small parts. The "handles" are an aluminum alloy which makes the tweezers very light but provides a precision pick up of small parts. For the highest in precision and the ability to pick up the smallest parts, use the version of the product that is offered with stainless steel handles.

These tweezers are used by those working with samples for which there can be absolutelhy no metal contact, such as in the food industry. The serrations do permit one to do light cutting of a soft sample without shedding contaminating particulates. These are not "cheap" tweezers but they do permit one to do certain things that otherwise, just could not be done as conveniently, if at all.
