Applications: The SPI-Guard™ Cotton Gloves are designed for when one is working with materials that absolutely should not be handled with the bare hands, and for the electron microscopy laboratory, this prohibition against touching with unprotected hands would apply to virtually any part going inside the high vacuum system of the microscope. The slightest evidence of a fingerprint, more often than not can be the reason for reduced performance of a column instrument. These gloves are also widely used for the handling of negatives (to keep them from having finger prints transferred to their surfaces) and any other delicate object for which skin oil and/or fingerprints would be quite detrimental.
Comfortable to wear and use: They are light weight, and made from 100% white cotton stretch material and are designed for comfort. They are fully breathable, and are economical enough for general protection in non-critical areas.
The gloves are ambidextrous and come in two sizes: regular and extra-large.
Cleanroom Use: We would not recommend the use of these gloves in clean rooms.
