This is one of the long time favorites over the years for correcting for
astigmatism in a TEM. The product itself is produced in house by our
experienced grid coating group. Representative grids are inspected in
one of our in-house TEMs to ensure the product is as it is pictured on
this webpage.
The test specimen is supplied on a 3.05 mm 200 mesh copper grid.
