This specimen has a moderate to heavy gold coating, applied using shadowing
techniques, onto 0.11 um latex microspheres. This is all supported on a
carbon coated Formvar™ film on 3.05 mm 200 mesh copper grids. Most
frequent use is to measure the resolution of a STEM.
