Use the SPI Supplies® Brand Mounting Cylinders for Ultramicrotomy as a substrate for holding either small pyramidal tips or any solid piece of plastic or other samples to be sectioned using a microtome or ultramicrotome.

Using the mounting cylinders in this way results in a very easy handling of the specimens.
