Model #HART12 - High Aspect Ratio Probe Tips - 12° Tilt Compensation

Introduction:
The HART12 high aspect ratio probe tips with 12º tilt compensation are designed to fit in all manual and automated AFMs. The probes are made out of heavily doped single crystal silicon. The spike is conical in shape. This style is available in four different stock configurations.
