Symbol: W CAS # 7440-33-7 Melting Point: 3422 °C (6192 °F) Specially treated to close grain boundaries, thereby eliminating some of the causes for short filament life. For many types of evaporations, these baskets can be used four or more times before failure. Basket leads are in the same plane, simplifying the positioning of the basket. Select from three heights; all have 4.5cm leads and are made of high purity 0.020" diameter tungsten wire.
