SPI Black Photographic Masking Tape

For the ultimate precision in masking off images

Specially developed for photographic use; color is "jet black". Main use is to temporarily "mask off" on any transparency certain areas from the field of view portions of the field of view which could be slides, negatives , etc. We say "temporarily" because eventually even a "temporary" adhesive can take on the characteristics of a permanent adhesive. So if one plans to remove the masking tape at some point in the future, better to remove it sooner rather than later, before any kind of a "permanent bond" develops, something that could start to happen after the passing of several or more years.
