The Micro-Sight™ Focusing Magnifier is a 25X enlarging grain focusing inspection type
scope that features a bright triple element achromatic dual optical lens and a "Mikodot Superbrite"
mirror for sharp, clear reflection, free from those annoying "ghost" or double images.
A substantial amount of quality is built into this focuser as it contains the highest
quality optical glass. It uses the direct optical path from the negative to the easel.
And unlike other focusing devices, the Micro-Sight is simple to use and is surprisingly
accurate. Tracing quality problems to its source is easily done with this handy optical
device.
Most customers consider the Micro-Sight to be a considerably lower cost alternative to
the much more expensive
PEAK® Enlarger Focuser. We also offer the choice of the
Magna-Sight™ Focusing Magnifier.
Focal length:
The viewing area varies slightly with each lens, therefore the reason why each has to
be individually focused.
Other features:
Adjustable eyepiece with air suspended hair reticle. And the unit also features a very
sturdy die cast metal base construction with a weighted base. The viewing area is
1.6" (40.6 mm) in diameter with the top surface being a float glass top-coated mirror. |
