for complete darkroom versatility

Two programmable memories
Use the Model 655's two memories independently or program them to interact with each other. Two time settings can cycle at the same time or in sequence. Dual memory versatility is enhanced by independent controls for each of two 600 watt AC outlets, which can be switched on and off in any sequence.

Quartz crystal accuracy
The Model 655's digital timing circuits cycle from a quartz crystal time base with low reaction to power line fluctuations and interference...and no reaction to frequency variations. Net result: greater accuracy and repeatability, more dependable exposures.

Broad timing capability
Versatile enough for any darkroom task, the Model 655 delivers tenth-of-a-second accuracy at settings up to 59 minutes, 59.9 seconds.

Automatic reset
Automatic reset saves time, assures consistent exposures for mulitiple prints or enlargements, and makes photographic work easier. For "hands off" operation, use the Model 655's accessory foot switch jack with an optional GraLab Model 560 foot switch (see below).

Adjustable five-digit LED display
Time settings are displayed in red half-inch high numerals - two for minutes, two for seconds, and two for tenths of a second. The display can be set at full intensity, dimmed, or shut off entirely.

Four audio signal options
Each memory can be independently programmed with a choice of (1) a metronome beep each second, (2) a one second long end of cycle tone, and (3) a tenth of a second beep each half minute with metronome for the last 10 seconds and a tone at the end of the cycle or (4) no audio signal at all.

Grounded cord and receptacles
Both the power cord and AC outlet receptacles are three-wire grounded.

Compact, lightweight
Only 2.25" x 4.5" x 9.75" (5.7 x 11.4 x 24.8 cm), the Model 655 provides non-skid service on flat surfaces and can be inclined 20-25° on its own removable stand. In addition, it comes with two key slots on its underside for convenient wall mounting.

Better than +/- 0.015% @ 10 seconds (20° C ambient temperature, no load)
