"Timing is Everything" and you should not cut corners on your darkroom timers!

By far the most widely used darkroom timers in the world, it is possible to set minutes and/or seconds within a timing range of 60 minutes. Electric synchronous motor assures extreme accuracy better than 1/70th of 1% at maximum dial setting. The eight-inch diameter luminous dial is easily visible across the darkroom, even in total darkness. Two outlet receptacles control enlarger or printer and safelight by combination time/focus switch. Two hands permit quick setting by seconds, minutes, or combinations of seconds and minutes. The unit features an automatic buzzer, and a chemically resistant and impact resistant polyurethane finish on a steel case. The case has a recessed handle in the back and key for wall mounting.

Spare and Replacement Parts:
Although we consider the Model 300 to be the most durable and rugged of all darkroom timers, over time and sometimes through mis-use, the "hands" break. It is frustrating and time consuming to have to start looking and tracking down replacement hands. We therefore recommend that when ordering a Model 300 timer, that several spare hands be ordered at the same time, and perhaps with black masking tape, attached to the back of the new timer. That way, when they are needed, they can be instantly used as replacements without any downtime for the timer.
