Silicone Rubber Embedding Mold

This silicone rubber embedding mold contains 16 rectangular cavities in which to embed samples. The shape of the cavities allows for easy orientation of most specimens. After the epoxy has cured, the formed blocks are easily removed by simply bending the mold to "pop" them out. After removing the cured blocks, the mold can reused again and again, as it is not affected by most cleaning agents. Each of the sixteen individual cavities are 5mm x 12mm x 5mm deep.
