Section 3: Hazard Identification

Emergency overview: Routes of entry include skin contact, eye contact, 
inhalation, and ingestion. May cause irritation, stomach pain, vomiting,
diarrhea, or gastric distress

Appearance: White granular powder, nearly odorless.

Eye: May cause irritation.

Skin: Prolonged contact may cause irritation.

Ingestion: May cause abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, or gastric distress.

Inhalation: Particles may cause irritation.

Chronic: Contains a component that may be corrosive.


Section 4: First Aid Measures

Eyes: Upon contact, wash eyes throughly with copious amounts of water for
at least 15 minutes, holding the eyes open. Seek medical attention.


Skin: Flush area with copious amounts of water. Remove contaminated clothing,
wash thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.


Ingestion: Upon ingestion, dilute with 2-4 glasses of water. Do not induce
vomiting. Seek medical attention.


Inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air. If symptoms persist, seek medical
attention.


Notes to Physician: Treat supportively and symptomatically.

contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.

containers, in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
