Signs and Symptoms of Acute Exposure:

Skin contact:

           Skin irritation

Inhalation:

At process temperatures irritating fumes may be produced,
resulting in respiratory irritation and coughing. When used
as a component to the SPI Wet Replica kit, inhalation exposure
           is not contemplated.

Eye contact:

           Irritation is possible

Ingestion:

Ingestion is unlikely but if it does happen, gastrointestinal
           irritation can be expected.

Chronic Health Effects Summary:

No known chronic health effects. Prolonged exposure to skin can
           cause irritation.

Conditions Aggravated by Exposure:

No known conditions are aggravated by this material.

Section 4: First Aid Measures

Take proper precautions to ensure your own health and safety before
attempting to rescue and providing first aid. For specific information
refer to the Emergency Overview in Section of this MSDS.

Inhalation: If symptoms are experienced, move victim to fresh
air, if symptoms persist, obtain medical attention.

Eye Contact: Wash eyes with clean low-pressure water. If
              irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Skin Contact: If material contacts the skin, immediately
flush the skin with large amounts of water.

Ingestion: Adverse health effects due to ingestion are
expected and medical attention should be obtained
               at once.

Section 5: Fire Fighting Measures

Flammability classification:

         Not classified.

Flash Point: > 127° C (260° F)

Auto-Ignition Temperature: Not known

Flammable Limits: Lower: Not known
                   Upper: Not known

Hazardous Combustion Products:

Burning will produce toxic fumes. Wear self-contained breathing
apparatus and full turn our gear to fight fires.

Special Conditions to Avoid:

         None specified by manufacturer

Extinguishing Media:

Water spray, foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemical.

Fire Fighting Instructions:

Protective Equipment/Clothing: Wear a NIOSH approved positive
pressure self-contained breathing apparatus and firefighter
          turnout gear.

Instructions: Use flooding quantities of water until well after
         fire is out.

Exposure to heat builds up pressure in closed containers, cool with water
spray.

Section 6: Accidental Release Measures

Release response:

Pick up and retain for disposal. Cover with inert, absorbant
material and remove to disposal containers. Do not flush
spilled material to the sewer or the environment. Make sure
that all disposal of such materials is done according to
              federal, state and local requirements.

Neutralizing agent: None specified by manufacturer. Under some conditions,
resin from the wet replica kit can be applied to spilled areas resulting in
polymerization of the resin, removing the spilled catalyst at the same time.

Other precautions: None specified.

Section 7: Handling and Storage

Precautions: Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with
eyes, skin, and clothing. Store away from heat and flame.

Handling: In the event of a spill, remove all sources of ignition.

Storage: Keep container dry. Store away from excessive heat
and away from strong oxidizing agents. Keep container closed to prevent
contamination.

Section 8: Exposure Controls and Personal Protection

Engineering Controls: If user operations generate dust or fumes,
ventilate area to prevent accumulation.

Personal Protection:

Inhalation: Use NIOSH approved organic vapor respirator to
prevent exposure to vapors from hot processing.

Ventilation: Local exhaust and general (mechanical) ventilation
recommended.

    Protective gloves: Impermeable gloves

Eye protection: Chemical splash goggles or face shield

Other protective equipment: Eye wash fountain, safety shower

Good hygienic practices: Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.

Supplimental health and safety data: No specified by manufacturer.

Skin: Protective clothing such as long sleeves or a lab coat
should be worn. When handling heated materials, also be sure to use
heat-resistant gloves, boots and face protection.

Eye: Always use safety glasses, even for work with small
quantities, such as the making of positive replicas.
