Section 3: Hazard Identification

Potential health effects (acute and chronic): Eye, skin, and inhalation hazards exist.

Symptoms of exposure: Not known. However, the classic symptoms of exposure to
alcohol in excess would include irritation of the eyes and respiratory tract; headache,
dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, nausea, tremor, narcosis

Medical condition aggravated by exposure: Not known.

Routes of entry: Mainly inhalation, but to a much lesser degree via ingestion or skin
   contact.

Carcinogenicity: The material is not listed IARC- International Agency for Research on
Cancer; NTP-National Toxicology Program; OSHA-Occupational Safety and Health
Administration)as cancer causing agent. Not on "Z" list either.

Toxicity data: Not known.

Section 4: First Aid Measures

Emergency and first aid procedures:
Get medical assistance for all cases of over-exposure.

Skin: Wash thoroughly with flowing water or shower.
Eyes: Immediately flush thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Artificial respiration if breathing has stopped.
Ingestion: If conscious, drink water and induce vomiting. Immediately as directed
by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Section 5: Fire Fighting Measures

Flash Point.................. 4°C (130°F) (ASTM D-56-69)

Flammability Classification: Aerosols, flammable (each not exceeding 1L capacity), Class 2.1, UN 1950

Flammable limit in air, % by vol:
LEL (Lower Explosive Limit): Not known
UEL (Upper Explosive Limit): Not known

Fire Extinguishing Media: Dry Chemical, CO2, foam

Special Firefighting Procedure...... Not normally necessary

Unususal Fire and Explosion Hazards: Containers may build pressure at elevated temperature. If exposed
to heat, if possible, containers should be cooled with a water spray.

Special Conditions to Avoid: High temperatures, flames, sparks

Firefighting Procedure: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus.

Section 6: Accidental Release Measures

Spill Response: A "spill" could only occur if a container was punctured. While there would be an immediate
release of the contents, because of the vapor pressure, the volatiles would evaporate almost immediately,
hence there would be nothing left to "clean up".

Disposal considerations: Because of the above, there would be nothing left to dispose of except for the now
completely empty and depressurized aerosol cans which could be discarded as any other non-hazardous metal can.
However, in the unlikely event that there is actual liquid concentrate, in any case, do not flush down sewers
or drains where danger of vapors becoming ignited is present.

Section 7: Handling and Storage

Handling: Do not use while smoking or using a lighted flame. Keep away from ignition sources.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry area. Do not expose to extreme heat, sparks , or lighted flames.

Section 8: Exposure Controls and Personal Protection

Engineering Controls: Use in a ventilated area

Exposure Limits:

ACGIH Threshold Limit Value:	None established
OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit:	None established

Personal Protective Equipment: None required

Section 9: Physical and Chemical Properties

Section 10: Stability and Reactivity

Stable: Yes
Hazardous Polymerization: Does not occur.
Hazardous Decomposition Products: CO2 (Carbon Dioxide)
Conditions to avoid: Heat, Contact with ignition source.
Materials to avoid: Oxidizing materials. Store away from all ignition sources.

Section 11: Toxicological Information

LD50/LC50 Information:
 	Rat oral LD50 >50 g/kg
	Rabbit Skin Irritation: Not irritating
	Rabbit Eye Irritation:	Mild

Section 12: Ecological Information

Exotoxicity: Exotoxicity is expected to be low based on the high vapor pressure of the ingredients and very
low amount of polymer present in each can. This product is free from ozone depleting ingredients.

Environmental Fate: No information found in our selected references.

Bioaccumulation: Not expected to occur.

Section 13: Disposal Considerations

This material is meant to be used until a can is empty. The only thing possibly remaining in
the can would be a small amount of polymer residue, much like would be left over from a consumer
can of hair spray.

Disposal then should be according to local, state and federal regulations. The aerosol can itself
should be suitable for recycling.

Section 14: Transport Information

Proper Shipping Name: Aerosols, Flammable (each not exceeding 1L capacity)

DOT Hazard Class: Aerosols, Flammable (each not exceeding 1L capacity), Div. 2.1
UN/NA ID: UN #1950
Marine Pollutant: No
