SPI Supplies^® Brand Specimen Mount Holders

Designed for use in JEOL^® JSM Model SEMs

These are the mount holders that are used in the JSM series JEOL SEMs. They are made to the same specifications as the original JEOL SEM mount holders. The construction is from T-2024 aluminum alloy which is aluminum with several percent of tellurium (Te) to enhance its machineability. We mention that because it is possible, in an EDS scan, depending on the alignment of your electron optics column, that you could see some small peaks due to the presence of Te.

For 3/8" or 10 mm round cylindrical mounts:

For 1" or 25 mm round cylindrical (or "metallurgical") round mounts:
