SPI Supplies Other SEM Mount Adapters
Use one SEM's special mounts in some other SEM!
These mount adapters are very helpful when the need arises to view the same
already prepared specimen in SEMs from different manufacturers.
Who could use such a product?
We find quite a few investigators have such needs. For examples, there are
those one-of-a-kind specimens that are relavent to a failure analysis or
some other legal kind of case where the same samples have to be examined by
two or more different sides in some litigation. Or they come in useful when
one is evaluating new SEMs and they want to examine the same set of
specimens in instruments from different manufacturers. In any case, these
handy and inexpensive little adapters can save someone a lot of time and
money if they have them on hand for when such needs arise.
