The SPI Lumisphere Mount is an ingenious and also handy mount to check the
position and condition of wires and sub-assemblies in the SEM chamber. It
may also be used for imaging at very low magnifications. A small insulating
ball replaces the normal specimen and is used in a charged condition to
deflect the electron beam for panoramic views around the chamber or may be
used to image discrete areas/specimens. Available unmounted or mounted on the
SEM mount of your choice.
