SPI Supplies knows that a number of our regular laboratory products have
applications in the nuclear field. We are also very cognizant of our
obligation to perform due diligence for any proposed purchase that might
violate any international agreements concerning nuclear non-proliferation.
Any attempts to procure items that in our sole judgment could be going to
institutions on the current U. S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry
and Security Section 744 listing
will be immediately reported to the U S. Department of Commerce before any
order could be accepted.
