Use a Cambridge/LEO/FEI-Philips SEM pin-type mount in an AMRAY SEM!



LEO to AMRAY Pin Mount Adapter
There is a growing number of instances where important samples must be examined in different instruments and it would be highly destructive to the sample for it to be dis-mounted and re-mounted on a different SEM mount so that it could be examined in a different SEM. Certain court-important one- of-a-kind samples would fall into this category as well as expensive calibration samples. Round-robin samples, where instrumental performance between different SEMs or different laboratories would be another application. Therefore a laboratory anticipating the examination of such samples would be wise to have a small assortment of SEM mount "adapters" for this purpose.

Use this adaptor for the standard Cambridge/LEO/LEICA/FEI/Philips pin-type mount, otherwise known as the SPI #01506-AB.
