The Brinnel Microscope was originally designed to measure the impression that results from the use of the Brinnel Hardness Tester, known the world over and used in testing laboratories wherever hardness measurements are made. The 20X magnification microscope is conveniently portable and has universal magnification inspection features. While there are many applications for it in the typical microscope laboratory, it is used widely in normal "shop" kinds of operations and is often times found as a companion to the Shop line of microscopes.
Two standard scales, in mm and the other in inches, are available, be sure to specify which would be your preference when ordering. If we are out of stock of your preferred scale, let us know when ordering if the other one would be as acceptable, for faster delivery.
