The Model 50 is an intermediate capacity water chiller offered by SPI Supplies. It is perfect for larger size diffusion pumps on laboratory size vacuum evaporators and some scanning electron and some transmission electron microscopes. It is also the optimum size for many older GC/Mass Spec systems.
In addition to vacuum evaporator applications, a number of SEMs and TEMs would operate with this size chiller. Some representative examples: AMRAY® SEMs including Models 1000, 1000A and beyond ETEC® Autoscans and other models ISI® DSI 130 Hitachi® S-450, S-430, S-410 and more current models except S-520 and certain others JEOL® JSM-U3, JSM-35, JSM-50A, and more recent models except Model 840 series and other exceptions
