Nothing could be easier to get the SPI Supplies® Brand Ultrasonic Disc
Cutter up and running and preparing samples and cutting discs.
Follow these simple steps:
- Attach the appropriate cutting tool to the head assembly of the SPI Supplies ultrasonic disc cutter.
- Use a polymer wax and mount the material being cut to the X-Y table.
- Place the table onto the magnetic base below the cutting tool.
- Lower the tool onto the sample and turn on the power.
- Manually tune the frequency driver to optimize the cutting, using lower
frequencies to minimize damage at the cut edges.
