We offer these for our customers who need high quality coated wafers for their own research programs in MEMS and other areas of application.



Introduction:
We are often times asked if we would supply our own low stress silicon nitride coated wafers that are used in the production of the SPI Supplies® Brand Silicon Nitride Membrane Window products, to our customers for their own use in their own research programs.

So many users of our membrane window products have been favorably impressed with the quality of the low stress silicon nitride layer, and have made this request to us, almost, therefore, by "popular demand" we now offer the following coated wafers:

Three inch (75 mm) diameter wafers:
Wafer thickness: 200 µm
Silicon nitride coating thickness: 75 nm low stress nitride, both sides
