Electrical information
The electrical resistivity of these films will be in a range
of 2 x 1013 to 4 x 1016 ohm-cm depending on deposition parameters.
We would expect, but it is not the result of a direct measurement, that our
"standard" products are on the order of 1 x 1014 ohm-cm.
