SPI MODULE™ Sputter/Carbon Coaters

We are frequently asked for replacement o-rings for these coaters, some of which have been operating in laboratories since 1982. Specify SPI#11458-AB for the top and bottom o-rings for the 11446-AB chamber for the SPI-Module coaters. Specify SPI #11459-AB if you want a kit that contains all of the o-rings required to do a complete rebuild the SPI-Module sputter coater head.

Specify SPI#11460-AB if you want a complete kit to rebuild the SPI-Module vacuum control base. Note that SPI#11459-AB and #11460-AB each contain one of the chamber o-rings, so it is not necessary to purchase #11458-AB if you are purchasing both #11459-AB and #11460-AB, unless you wish to have a spare set of these specific o-rings.
