SPI Supplies was the first to offer commercially, on a worldwide basis,
silicon nitride membrane window grids for TEM applications, and later started offering our
unique membranes for x-ray windows and x-ray microscopy. We are also developing a parallel
line of grids with membrane windows of silicon oxide (e.g. SiO2) and
also, silicon. We also offer frames only, that is, the membrane window product
but without the membrane. If you have the
