Create exciting 3-D images from your SEM samples

The Anaglyphic Stereo Module allows the user to creat 3-D images, allowing them to "see" the depth of the sample if they are wearing anaglyphic stereo glasses. This is accomplished by taking two images of the same area of a sample at two different tilt angles (eg. 5 - 10 degrees difference). The images can then be flase colored red/blue or red/green, depending on user preference. This option includes a special tool to help automatically align the images, compensating for any small stage drift during the tilting procedure.
