There are emerging applications and frequent requests from our customers for our silicon nitride membrane window grids without the membranes. In other words, the "frame" with no membrane present, just the hole.
The way to make this a product is to take an existing membrane window and completely etch away the nitride, leaving the desired product without membrane. For this reason why the silicon windows are a bit more costly than the silicon nitride membrane window grids.
A substantial number of membrane grid customer order tweezers (to safely pick them up). and additional grid storage boxes for storing the prepared grids.
