This is truly one of the world's most commonly used buffers, always with osmium tetroxide. Relative to the alternatives, this system provides outstanding fixation and works as a very good buffer.

Easy use instructions:
To prepare the working solution, pour the entire 9ml of 2N HCl into the mixing flask, followed by the addition of the 5.34ml of Sym-Collidine. Then mix well and add distilled water up to 200ml for a final pH of the solution of 7.4.

Kit contents:
5.34ml Sym Collidine (in one ampoule)
9.0ml of 2N HCl (in a second ampoule)

Volume of final working solution: 200 ml
