SPI Chem Products that are not HAZMATS from the standpoint of shipping
A few words about the reshipping of non HAZMAT items
If you wish to reship to a customer or another distributor, or anyone
else for
that matter, make sure you understand the shipping regulations in your
jurisdiction. Generally speaking, within a domestic market, if an item is not a
HAZMAT, then it can be packed and shipped with minimal concern other than
to make sure the product or products are not damaged during
shipment. And for international shipments, across national boundaries,
and although there is a minimum of regulation,
however we strongly do recommend you do learn the local laws and customs.
And don't be too carefully guided by
the practices and procedures of persons in some other country or
jurisdiction because they might not be applicable anywhere else.
It is also the policy of SPI to not make shipments to residential
addresses out of concern that dangerous items could fall into the hands of
children. A style #5 tweezer could be just as deadly as a broken vial of osmium
tetroxide in the hands of child.
