SPI Membrane Storage Boxes

General properties of the membrane in the SPI Membrane Boxes

We present this information for those, who would consider using the SPI Membrane Boxes in extreme environments, that could push the limits of the materials of construction, or who might consider using the boxes in conjunction with materials, that might prove reactive to the membrane itself.

The following information has been provided by the manufacturer of the membrane polymer system. No guarantees are given as to the correctness or accuracy of the following information, but it is presented only as a guide for out-of-the-ordinary applications. Naturally, it is up to the user to do the required testing, as only they can make the final decision as to the suitability of these boxes and the membrane in a particular application.

General description:
The membrane polymer is a polyether polyurethane formulation designed for excellent clarity and sealability. The membrane film exhibits fine performance against the effects of fungus attack and high humidity. It also features enhanced UV stability.
