Featured among the books is the complete twelve-volume set entitled
Practical Methods in Electron Microscopy. Edited by
Audrey M. Glauert, this series is recognized as the most detailed and
informative collection of techniques used in electron microscopy. Each
volume begins with basic principles and is therefore intelligible to a broad
scientific audience. A wealth of practical detail follows, ensuring that
even an isolated worker can carry out every technique successfully. A
wealth of photographs and micrographs illustrate the text, which is written
by acknowledged experts in the field, thereby guaranteeing both
comprehensive and lucid explanation of methodology. All titles in the Practical Methods series are noted with an asterisk (*) in our categorized and alphabetized library listing. Like with any library, there has to be some system of classification and we have listed all titles under our MASTER BOOK LIST and then they have been broken down into four separate classification groupings: INSTRUMENTAL, DISCIPLINE, PREPARATION TECHNIQUES, and DATA ANALYSIS AND RECORDING. We have tried to create an architecture, so that viewers could read as much or as little as they wish, relative to a particular title. And of course, some titles appear in more than just one grouping. So if you are not sure which book is the right one for you, we would be happy to provide assistance. Searching for a particular title that you don't see here? We'll track it down through our extensive contacts in the scientific publishing industry!
