WWW. If you are familiar with the market for microscopy products and
services, then you would surely recognize that there is no website like
this anywhere else on the WWW.
We have created compelling content for microscope end users with
compelling needs to be satisfied by accessing the SPI Supplies and
Structure Probe, Inc. website. Already, quite a large daily
volume of traffic has developed and it truly global in nature.

page if you are yourself not convinced of the numbers.
I am sure you have noticed how easy it is to get information about SPI
products. Indeed the #1 reason why a customer calls any distributor is to
get prices and we have created a framework by which your customers can
get their own prices. While an insecure distributor might feel
uncomfortable about this, because after all, who wants their customers to

what they pay for the products they distribute, the point is that for the most part, a

several levels:
a) We are determined to dramatically reduce our distribution costs,
thereby leading the way for ultimately lower prices to our end user
customers "and higher margins for our distributors", and
b) We are determined to be the first firm in our end of the
microscopy industry to go completely "green", that is, we are going to be
disseminating information about our products and services in ways that
are environmentally friendly and which do not require the chopping down
of a single tree.

a) While we would not divulge information contained in your response
to any other person, including any other distributors operating in your
market, we also want you to know that existing SPI Supplies distributors
are a loyal bunch of representatives. Most have been representatives of
SPI for many years and they have stuck with SPI both in "up" markets as
well as "down" markets. While many of our agreements might not be in
writing, we
would nevertheless never enter into any kind of an agreement to sell to
another party in a market without the express knowledge of
that existing distributor or representative so long as the
relationship is exclusive. And exclusive agents and distributors
will receive a commission on any direct orders placed directly by
local customers.

uncomfortable answering. You are free to leave such answers blank. The
purpose of the questionnaire is to better understand your firm and your
